I. TRANSPORTATION OF CONSIGNMENTS IN PRAGUE

• transport distances are measured with the fastest measured distance

• it is not necessary to order transportation via delivery in advance

• transport via delivery is calculated with the real measured distance

• in the event of the requirement to collect a consignment at a specific time, the consignment is calculated according to the tariff express

• consignments delivered except the working time (on working days from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m./6:20 p.m.) + 50% of the price of the consignment

II. RACEK’S FLIGHT TARIFFS

RACEK KURÝR offers three speed levels of the consignment transportation:

• As a part of ”flight“ transportation consultation with the dispatching department or the confirming e-mail in the case of on-line ordering are necessary.

III. RACEK’S TRANSPORT POSSIBILITIES

More bulky or heavier consignments are ensured by our company.
The time of the delivery of a mass consignment has to be consulted with the dispatching department.

Dimensions of consignments as a part of the economic transportation:

Transportation of consignment outside Prague with the delivery on the same day without any time requirements:

• Transportation of consignment when ordered until 12:00 p.m. (noon), with the delivery until 6:00 p.m.

• Possibility of quicker transportation - EXPRESS, surcharge + 25%.

• Price per kilometre is calculated to the place of destination and back.

Transportation of consignment in the CR with the delivery until the following day.

Notes on consignment transportation in the CR until the following day:

• we are able to deliver a consignment for you from any place in the Czech Republic

• transportation has to be ordered not later than at 2:00 p.m., registered clients until 6:00 p.m.

• consignment is usually delivered on the following working day until 5:00 p.m., an approximate time of delivery can also be ordered, but in dependence on the distance, transport situation, etc.

• the prices in the aforementioned table apply to consignments up to 5 kg or 0.12m3. Any other dimensions/weight will be calculated individually.

• If you require the delivery of consignment until 12:00 p.m. (noon) of the following day, the surcharge of 25% will be added to the basic rate

 - the price is valid for transportation distance up to 10 km, over 10km is charged extra for each km depending on delivery size (Motorcycle/Automobile)

Dimensions of shipments in economic transport:

automobile - 55 x 30 x 40, max. 20 kg

motorcycle - 35 x 5 x 45, max. 3 kg

Comment:

Shipment when ordering until 12:00, with delivery until 18:00.

Possibility of faster transport - EXPRES, surcharge + 25%. 

The cost per kilometer is counted to the destination and back.

Postal items for transporting the Czech Republic until the second day:

• we are able to deliver a shipment from anywhere in the Czech Republic
• carriage must be ordered by 14:00 at the latest, registered by 18:00 
• the shipment is usually delivered on the following working day until 17:00, the approximate delivery time may be ordered, however, depending on distance, traffic situation, etc. 
• the prices in the above table apply to a shipment of up to 5 kg or 0.12m3. Other dimensions / weight will be calculated individually. 
• in case you request delivery of the shipment by 12:00 next day, a surcharge of 25% will be added to the basic rate

IV. OTHER SERVICES

Regular consignment

• transportation of consignments at the exactly defined times on repeated dates

Handling large-sized consignment

When handling consignments intended for car and bigger, the amount of CZK 40.- will be added to the service for each commenced five minutes.

Cash on delivery - collection

Courier’s waiting

The first ten minutes of waiting is free of charge, then we charge CZK 30.- for each commenced five minutes

Useless arrival

• In this case, we charge only the basic amount

Intermediate stop

• we charge CZK 30.- for each intermediate stop

Confirmation of delivery

• by phone – free of charge

• via e-mail – free of charge
